Stunning setting just outside a charming town, with a nice, modern and well-equipped room

Warm welcome, beautiful views, simple but comfortable accommodation, peaceful, great breakfast. And good value dinner menu.
We would have preferred to have a room with a bath as well as a shower.

The owners were the nicest innkeepers I encountered in my 3 weeks in Umbria and Tuscany. This B & B is loaded with serenity and scenery and is close enough to Centro to be convenient also. My room was very comfortable and was equipped with a small refrigerator and stove as well. The on-site restaurant was a delight, even if haute cuisine was not the case.

Nice located, friendly staff
The bed was hard and dinner there was good but nothing special for that price.

Located just outside Montefalco, a lovely agriturismo which dates back several centuries and is extremely well run. Lovely rooms, excellent service, exquisite cooking from their restaurant and great view from terrace over Umbria.
Nothing at all, loved it here!

Delightful, incredibly helpful hosts, Signors Piero & Guiseppe Fabrizzi. Loved returning to enjoy a swim and to relax by their welcoming pool after a hot day sightseeing in Umbria. Very quiet and peaceful, only 10 mins walk from Montefalco, one of Umbria's best hilltop towns.
Shame about the hard bed, but in fairness we have yet to experience a comfortable bed in Italy. Even the 5-star hotels spoil a decent mattress with their use of overpoweringly hot duvets in 30+oC summer heat. (We are considering a crusade for the return of cotton blankets in any climate over 27oC!)

The staff were very freidly and may you fell at home. A good holiday experiance.
The location gave great views of the country side overlooking the pool

Friendly, family owned, hotel in the center of Umbria, close to many beautiful cities and villages. Family staff is werking hard to make your stay unforgettable. Pool, by good weather, is very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Fabrizi family were very friendly and welcoming and did their best to ensure our stay was comfortable. Any minor problems were dealt with efficiently. We would certainly stay there again. Great restaurant and pool.

This was a truly welcoming and restful place to stay but in a very good location for visiting many of the sites in Umbria. The family were lovely and the food and wine were both excellent and sensibly priced.
